What you need to know about the services we provide.

Our labor is always free. As the homeowner, we ask that you pay for the needed materials for the repair or modification (lumber, replacement parts, etc). If you are unable to afford the materials, please note that on the Home Repair Request.

Our priority is assuring that your home is safe, secure and our work is satisfactory to building codes. Our services do not include high end finishing details or aesthetic remodeling.
